Privacy Policy

Privacy at a glance: PepFolio stores the records you enter in an encrypted local database on your device. TDH Digital Works, LLC does not operate a PepFolio account service or automatically upload your personal records to its servers.

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TDH Digital Works, LLC ("TDH Digital Works," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in the PepFolio application for Windows and Android. PepFolio is intended for adults age 18 and older.

Information stored by PepFolio

PepFolio lets you create and manage personal records that may include:

profile names, display names, notes, height, and goal weight;
weight entries and related notes;
peptide library entries, protocols, inventory, vial and supply details;
cycles, schedules, reminders, administration records, amounts, routes, sites, notes, and reaction notes;
app preferences and license-entitlement status; and
reports and backup files that you choose to create.

These records may contain health-related or otherwise sensitive information because of what you choose to enter. PepFolio does not require an online account, and the app does not ask you to submit these records to TDH Digital Works.

How information is stored and protected

Your PepFolio database is stored locally on your device and is encrypted. The database encryption key is stored using the secure-storage facilities provided by the operating system. On Android, PepFolio disables automatic operating-system backup of its application data.

PepFolio can create a user-controlled backup file. Backup files are encrypted using a password you choose. You control where those files are saved or transferred. Keep your password and backup files secure; TDH Digital Works cannot recover a forgotten backup password.

Network activity and information sharing

PepFolio does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not sell personal information. The app may connect to the internet for the following limited purposes:

Public reference catalog: when you request an update, PepFolio downloads curated peptide-reference content from a public GitHub-hosted catalog. GitHub may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address and device or browser request details under its own privacy practices. Your PepFolio personal records are not included in the catalog request.
Store purchases: if you purchase or restore PepFolio Pro, the applicable app store processes the transaction and provides PepFolio with purchase or entitlement status. TDH Digital Works does not receive your complete payment-card information from the app store.
User-requested sharing and saving: when you choose to save, export, print, or share a report or backup, the file is sent only to the destination, application, or person you select. The recipient or third-party service you choose handles the file under its own privacy practices.
External links: opening a source, privacy, or support link transfers you to your browser or another application you select.

TDH Digital Works does not otherwise receive or share the personal records stored in your PepFolio database unless you deliberately provide information to us, such as in a support message, or disclosure is required by law.

Device permissions

PepFolio may request notification permission and use vibration, wake, and device-start capabilities to schedule and restore reminders. Notification permission is optional, although declining it may prevent reminders from appearing. PepFolio does not request access to your precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, or call history.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete them in PepFolio, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Files that you export or back up remain wherever you placed them until you delete them. Removing PepFolio does not delete copies that you previously saved or shared.

Because TDH Digital Works does not maintain a PepFolio cloud account containing your personal app records, there is no corresponding server account or cloud record for us to delete. If you send information to support, we retain it only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Children's privacy

PepFolio is intended only for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly design the app for or solicit personal information from children.

Health and medical notice

PepFolio is an organizational and calculation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe or recommend substances or doses, or determine whether a substance, combination, or schedule is safe or effective.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PepFolio or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
